These colder months are no joke when it comes to our skin. Many skin issues stem from dehydration which is even more of a concern as the temperature drops. From scalp to toe it is important to apply moisturizing and hydrating products to properly care for you skin.

Beginning at those luscious locks... Whether you have oily, dry, damaged, or perfectly shiny healthy hair it is important to pay special care during these coming months.
One of our simplest go to's for hydrating hair is coconut oil. Scoop door coconut oil into a bowl and microwave until melted then cover your head midway to the ends and twist up into a bun and let it sit for desired amount of time.
Oil treatments we love include Moroccanoil Treatment,
Hair masks we love include Dae's Deep Conditioning Treatment, Moroccanoil's Intense Hydrating Mask,
Conditioner we love includes Playa's Monoi Milk Leave-in Conditioner
For those worried about brittle hair try Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector
Hydrating skincare is one of my favorites. From masks to moisturizers to facial oils we want to ensure our skin is absorbing optimally hydrating ingredients.
Hydrating masks are necessary to help lock in moisture. Some of our favorites include Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask and Dr. Jart's Cryo Rubber Mask with Moisturizing Hylaronic Acid!
Facial oils should be your best friend now more than ever. We love Herbivore's Emerald Help Seed Moisture Glow Oil and Drunk Elephant's Virgin Marula Face Oil
Now for the largest organ you have.
Starting with the basics... Moisturize your body while it is still wet directly after a shower. This helps to maximize the skins absorption of the lotion. We like to use Doves cream oil or Nécessaire's body lotion.
Body oil is a great way to hydrate the body while giving it a healthy glow. We love True Botanicals Pure Radiance Body Oil, OSEA Undaria Algae Body Oil. One of our tricks is to mix a body oil with body lotion when applying after a shower.
