Edamame Snack Recipe

If you're ever craving a salty savory treat try this recipe out! It is not only healthy, but totally crave worthy and takes only 5 minutes to throw together.


Ingredients

  • Frozen Edamame in the Pod

  • Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos

  • Salt

  • Garlic Powder

  • Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

  1. Put frozen edamame in pan on stove, and add a small amount of water and steam until the edamame pods are bright green and unfrozen.

  2. Ensure all water is evaporated, then add olive oil to pan. Season with salt, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes to taste.

  3. Once pods begin to crisp add a SMALL amount of either soy sauce or coconut aminos. A little goes a long way.

  4. Let sauce heat up for about a few seconds, then remove from heat and enjoy!!
