Whether your'e sun bathing on the beach, curled up on the couch, on a long train ride, or wherever else you find yourself with some down time we have got a list for you. Reading for pleasure has so many positives, which is why I highly recommend grabbing one of our suggestions or something from your own selection and diving in. Taking a few minutes during a busy day to stop and read can help to reduce stress and relive tension. Having trouble focusing in on important work? Reading can help with that too because reading pulls you in and concentrates you. Try reading for 15-20 minutes before heading to the office or the classroom, and let that focus roll over into how you take on the rest of your tasks. Reading, no matter what the genre, helps with ones personal development. Heres the rule of thumb, read 10 pages a day and you'll begin to notice the benefits in your own life.
